Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FastH3 Omni, including its website, AI video generation tools, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You may sign in with a third-party account (such as Google or GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service.

3. Credits and Payment

The Service uses a prepaid credit system. You purchase credits through our payment provider; purchased credits are added to your account once payment is confirmed.

Credits are used when you generate content (for example, script variants or video segments). The credit cost of each operation is displayed before you confirm it.

Credits never expire. Credits that were never delivered due to a technical failure are refunded automatically or on request. Otherwise, purchased credits are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Payments are processed by a Merchant-of-Record provider. We do not store your card details.

4. Generated Content and AI Models

You retain ownership of the content you generate with the Service, to the extent permitted by law and subject to the rights of any underlying third-party materials.

You are solely responsible for how you use and publish generated content, including compliance with the rules of any platform where you post it and with applicable law.

The Service generates content using third-party AI models. Output may be inaccurate or unexpected; verify important content before publishing it.

AI models used by the Service, disclosed by capability: (a) Video generation — MiniMax H3 (MiniMax), Kling v2.5 (Kuaishou), Doubao Seedance (ByteDance Volcengine), and Wan (Alibaba Cloud); (b) Image generation — Qwen Image (Alibaba Cloud), GPT-Image (OpenAI), Gemini image models (Google), Flux (Black Forest Labs), Recraft, and Nano Banana Pro (Google); (c) Script and text generation — OpenAI GPT models. The specific model used for a generation is identified in the generation interface where selection is available; where a fixed model is used, it is labeled on the generation screen. Model availability may change as we evaluate providers; material changes will be reflected in this section.

5. Acceptable Use — Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute any of the following categories of content, whether as prompts, uploaded or reference images, presenter portraits, scripts, or generated output:

Pornography and NSFW content. Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult-only content in any form, including nude or sexualized depictions used as presenter or reference images.

Violence and gore. Gratuitous violence, blood, gore, torture, animal cruelty, or the glorification of violent acts.

Hate speech. Content that attacks, demeans, or discriminates against people or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation, including slurs and dehumanizing depictions.

Child safety. Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, whether real, AI-generated, or fictionalized. We report CSAM to the relevant authorities and child-protection organizations.

Deepfakes and impersonation. Content that impersonates or misrepresents a real, identifiable person without their consent, including synthetic media created to make it appear that someone said or did something they did not, or that is used for fraud, defamation, harassment, or political deception.

Copyright and trademark infringement. Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties, including the systematic reproduction of protected creative works, branded assets, or characters.

The viral "templates" offered by the Service are structural storytelling formats originally authored by us. You may not use the Service to systematically copy or misappropriate the creative works of others.

You may not resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a competing generation service without written permission.

6. Enforcement of Violations

We enforce this policy through a graduated response. Depending on the severity and frequency of the violation, we may: reject or block the affected generation; remove the violating content from storage; issue a warning; restrict account features; or suspend or permanently terminate the account.

For severe violations — child safety material, CSAM, or content creating imminent real-world harm — we proceed directly to permanent termination and, where legally required, report to the relevant authorities. Law-enforcement requests are honored in accordance with applicable law.

Accounts terminated for policy violations forfeit any remaining credits, and no refunds are issued for forfeited credits except where required by applicable law.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of content created or distributed through the Service that violates this policy, report it to support@fasth3-omni.com with the relevant URL or content description.

We review good-faith reports and take the enforcement actions described above. We may request additional information from the reporter where necessary. Knowingly false reports are themselves a violation of these Terms.

8. Content Moderation

The Service uses a layered moderation mechanism: (a) automated screening — uploaded images and prompts are screened by automated safety classifiers before and during generation, and our upstream model providers apply their own safety filters; (b) manual review — content flagged by automated systems or user reports is reviewed by our team; (c) takedown — confirmed violating content is removed and the associated account is subject to the enforcement measures in Section 6.

Moderation applies to uploads, generations, and stored content. We may re-screen stored content when prohibited-content policies change or new detection capabilities become available.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, designs, template library, and documentation, is owned by FastH3 Omni and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

No license is granted to use our trademarks, name, or branding without prior written consent.

10. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; sections that should survive termination (including these Terms' ownership, disclaimer, and liability provisions) survive.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms, and reports under Section 7, can be directed to support@fasth3-omni.com.
